Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before getting in touch.
Conditions for Returns
- You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not.
- Return shipping costs are fully at your expense, including any international shipping costs.
- Deliberately ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process
- Contact us at info@nyromi.com within 30 days of receiving your item to register your return.
- We will provide you with the return address of our supplier, based in China.
- Send the item back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method so your return can be monitored at all times.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and its condition approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method. Refunds will never be issued to a bank account or alternative payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost parcels where tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
- If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer's responsibility.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@nyromi.com.
